This is a C.  run-on sentence due to the definition:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Run-on_sentence

To fix it and make it a compound sentence, you'd have to either change comma to a semicolon or a dash or insert a coordinating conjunction with comma.

This is another run-on sentence as it does not have either proper punctuation or coordinating conjunction with comma.

So it is  - A. run-on sentence
