ok so im reading this poet in my text book nd i need help on answeing quetions its called piano the poet and im doing thinking through literature the question is why does the speaker the voice that talks to the reader weep like a child for the past
In the poem Piano by D.H Lawrence the line "Down in the flood of remembrance, I weep like a child for the past"................the speaker means he longs to go back to the past, when he was young as he remembers, where he used to enjoy the glamour and joy of song and piano.
