Whats dopamyn?

Dopamine is one of the neurotransmitter that through which signals are sent from one nerve cell to another within the body's nervous system. Also known as 3,4-dihydroxyphenethylamine, it is a derivative of the catecholamine and phenethylamine families. It has several functions within the body both in the nervous system and outside of it including:

.Mediation of the brain's reward system ( implicated in development of addiction)

.Mediation of hormonal release within the body

Its effects on the body may include the following:
