The probability of obtaining at least 1 head would be 31/32

there are 2^5 (32) different combinations of outcomes from 5 coin tosses.

only 1 of these will be ALL TAILS so all other combinations contain AT LEAST 1 head

so its 1 - 1/32 = 31/32
