A piece of wire 16 cm long is wound around a circular pipe with a radius of 20 cm. Express your answer in degrees

Arc length (l) of a circle of radius r is given by, l = r*θ 
As such, here being r = 20 cm and l = 16 cm, θ = l/r = 16/20 = 0.8 radians 
Same in degrees = 0.8*180/π = 45.86°
