Turn in your paper to Canvas by Nov 16 (Double Spaced, Times Roman, size 12) and turn in a hard copy to my box (BT 650) by November 17th 3pm (Double Spaced, Times Roman, size 14).

Management and organizational behavior can be defined as the practice of getting activities and
thing done through people (Marks, Mitchell & Grady, 2011). Thus, to achieve this, the various
organizational managers must communicate, lead, plan, staff, control and organize. In any
organization, the management functions are the most significant as they entail attaining efficient
performance in reaching the set organization’s goals and objectives that can probably make the
organization remain profitable and competitive. When carrying out their daily tasks, the
managers ought to make use of human resources to achieve their goals. Additionally, the
managers are anticipated to maintain a balance of demands in the external environment and the
capabilities of the organization to designate organization’s accomplishments and goals (Marks,
Mitchell & Grady, 2011). Similarly, the most significant aspect of the organizational behavior
and management is the aspect of maintenance of proper work relationships.

Effective organizations have always encouraged the establishment of good and positive
relationships between employers and their managers and between coworkers. Organizations are
encouraged to trigger positive relations through the creation of strong mission statements and a
cheerful team-based environment. A positive work environment and good work relationships are
vital for a successful organization because it is through these links that individual problems and
