Mental illness is not an illness that most people are comfortable talking about. Even in
this day and age, with all the advances that have been made in the medical field, talking about
mental illness is still an issue. People who suffer from mental illness still suffer from the
stigma that is directed at them. Most cultures have attached a strong social stigma that
manifests as social distancing which leads to isolation.
While going through the article I was surprised to note that there are differences in the
