This data is presentation of reason of customers unhappiness to find out the cause that is leading to this unhappiness. This data is basically a relative distribution made from counts of each reasons. Pie chart and bar charts are used to show the reasons why there is unhappiness.
According to data given it can be said 27.2 % people are unhappy because of services followed by price with 22.7 %, followed by not upto the promised level of service with 22.73 %. 18.18 % of customers are unhappy becasue they have issues with department policy and they are least bothered by damaged products with 13.64 percent.
