Use the Internet or Strayer databases to research different types of health insurance.
Write a 2-3 page paper in which you:
- Suggest one (1) plan that you would use to purchase health insurance for your organization. Determine the extent to which employee lifestyle choices and health economics would factor in to your chosen plan. Provide a rationale for your response.
- Analyze the implication of the Affordable Care Act on your decision to purchase insurance. Debate two (2) advantages and two (2) disadvantages of purchasing health insurance for your employees, as opposed to having your employees receive governmental insurance.
- Use at least two (2) quality references. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.

Introduction
Health insurance plans can help you in case of accidents or medical emergencies which
need a lot of money for treatment. Health insurance is beneficial to both inpatients and
outpatients. This saves the money required for regular health checkups and purchasing medicines
(Bhargaya et al., 2017).
Plan to purchase health insurance
There are several types of health insurance plans. While buying coverage for employees
in my organization, I will choose preferred provider organization (PPO). With a PPO design,
employees will use the specialists they prefer and doctors who are found at the facilities. The
doctors give service to the insured people at an affordable price and reduced rate. In PPO you
don't need to be assigned a primary care doctor, you can go to any specialist or doctor whom you
trust and prefer.
Applicants are deducted a certain percentage of money that they pay yearly after which
the insurance company will start covering the medical bills. Customers can have co-installment
for specific application or production where they control the level of total fees of your medical
expenses.
A PPO might be a good choice if employees need adaptability while selecting doctors
and diverse care providers and want to balance between good provider care and low premiums.
