Yes  because 

rhombus is a parallelogram with four congruent sides while 

square is a parallelogram with four congruent sides and four right angles.

Hence the  four congruent sides are required for rhombus that is present in square.


A quadrilateral is a square if and only if it is a rhombus and a rectangle this is also a defination of square
