characterizes a particular group ad it encompasses religion, language, social habits, cuisine, arts,

understanding and cognitive constructs that are acquired through socialization. McLaughlin (15)
asserts that the culture of a community comprises of its food, what they believe to be right or
wrong, what they wear, language, how they greet their visitors, and how people behave with
their loved ones. Culture is unique to every community through some aspects of culture such as
language, a way of dressing and religion may be the same. For example, Colombia and U.S.A
share the same language, however, in the United States, people obey time and are always looking
for better ways to manage their time, deriving this aspect from the saying ‘time is money'. People
of the United States believe that wasting time is equivalent to wasting money. When someone
