My role As a retail management team member is to ensure that the daily operations of the store are ran accordingly per the company standards. 2. How do you define professionalism and how does professional responsibility influence your work? I define professionalism as the core value of anyone in a leadership role. Personal responsibility has a hugh impact on my work as I mentor and coach young retail professionals on the importance of leading be an example. 3.
