affecting life. The pace of the fast-changing world demands so much from leaders, but
innovation, speed, and agility are the core factors in leadership. A leader should always be ready
to make choices having in mind that decisions have consequences and at this phase every bit
depends literary on his administration since, in the beginning, a leader should have his forecast
up to the end despite people around you needing the final part. This is a critical path more so in
choice making. Having a growing mindset is vital to continuous life success even though one
should brace for hard times in future scenarios, with a growing mindset all will work at par and
function properly. A leader should be hardworking in most of his work, through enough effort
put for maximum output is achieved. In a characteristic way, the determination is a critical aspect
which when coupled up with resilience gives an upright leader.
A leader should in way seek out challenges by accepting and looking for opportunities and their
possibilities. In a courageous way, believing in oneself greatly puts focus on leadership roles.
Moreover, the future is the most important thing, and this should not only be an individual factor
but also a group aspect in that, the leader should not succeed alone but also with his team. Thus
stretching one beyond their current capabilities for achieving a set goal. In every endeavor
learning is critical and for a leader, all options presenting themselves whether good or bad should
always be a learning experience for future reference. There should still be a way to make your
challenges and possibilities be your passion in that they no longer scare you but becomes a basis
of what you love to do.
A leader should always be open in his acceptance to information send his way; this is basically
on feedback which can be constructive or destructive. These builds his character and his ability
to be brave also grows his stature but while dealing with feedback high levels of being extra

careful should be ascertained. Strategies must be sort after in ways to deal with the ever-present
obstacles, in a way a leader must never give up. Most of the above sentiments are the key to
