Goals sets the direction and standard for financial and marketing strategies, goals relate in way which it sets the  aims of the marketing strategy to be applied, it starts with the purpose of the strategy  , the core functions of setting goals and objectives before strategy  evaluation is to  coordinate activities,distribute ideas  in relation to the strategy identified.

a.I would be able to welcome the results because they are in favor of growth in terms of performance, fear should not encrypt because the organization is on the go

b. i would  go to drawing board set meaningful goals that are achievable which can boost the marketing strategy. come up with SMART and introduce goals  that will exceed expectations in strategy evaluation phase.
