Non-verbal communication is a method of communication which involves no use of
words in communication instead people use gestures, facial expressions, etc. to communicate
with another individual, especially in offices (Payrató, 2009). From my observation of people in
an office, they mostly use non-verbal communication when greeting each other as it is tiresome
going around greeting everyone. People in the office also when they agree with something they
usually node their heads up and down instead of replying loudly.
