Description

(9p^6) (2p^8)                         I'm somewhat still confused on what to do when the base is different.  The simple way to help me understand is telling me directly what to do without too much depth.  Do I multiply base and exponents?  Would the answer be 18p^48?    or am I adding exponents?  18P^ 14?
