Importance of training and support after software implementation
Training is essential after deployment for the employees to have the software figures and
functions at their fingertips. These include the individually tailored services for the departments
in the organization. The employees had been accustomed to a different system hence
implementing a new one will necessitate the training to determine where the functions are
located and how to use them. Eliminate or minimize the computer rage is also an importance of
the training; the new system will come with frustrations hence making the employees react
differently. This will cause tension in the office, and less work will be done, this can lead to less
performance, however, training can eliminate this (Umble et al., 2003).
