Description
Write a Marketing Plan Project, select a product or service (publically traded company) and write a marketing plan for it targeting a different audience than any currently promoted audience for the product/service
The selected company and product is Palo Alto Networks Firewall solution. Please see attached proposal in word document.
For example, and specifically, regarding the selected company, Palo Alto Network's firewall solution is targeted at medium-large scale enterprises/companies' IT setup. However, to further grow, the company could start offering smaller streamlined firewall solutions that could cater to the need of small or home office IT setups at a different and cheaper price with a different promotional plan.

Palo Alto Networks Firewall Marketing Plan
Executive Summary
The Customer Value Driven marketing strategy seeks to draw in and keep customers and is
centered on establishing a deep relationship with the target market. All software and
programming users cannot receive services from Palo Alto Networks. The strategic choice of
the target audience is, therefore, crucial. Given its present resources and capabilities, Palo
Alto Networks must give priority to customers to offer the best service. This part of the
marketing plan reflects the solution to the client's issues. Palo Alto Networks, Inc. should
create unique product designs, names, and features to set itself apart from its rivals in the
cutthroat market. It's crucial to consider several elements while developing a product strategy,
such as dependability, variety, features, labeling, brand name, and augmented services. The
security equipment, subscriptions, and support Palo Alto Networks sells to businesses,
governments, and service providers are well-known. The company's product line includes
virtual firewalls, firewall appliances, cybersecurity analytics, endpoint security, and cloud
security. The Santa Clara, California-based business started operations in 2005 and sells its
products worldwide to clients.

Environmental Analysis
Various market norms or environmental restrictions can impact an organization's
profitability (Boyens et al., 2020). States and countries have different environmental and
liability and environmental requirements, even within the same country. For instance, Texas
and Florida in the United States have different liability laws in the event of accidents or
environmental disasters. Similarly, many European nations offer significant tax breaks to
enterprises operating in the renewable energy sector. Before starting or joining a new
operation in an existing market, the company should carefully evaluate the environmental
requirements necessary to operate in those locations. Further, some environmental factors
that a corporation should consider include climate change, the weather, laws governing
environmental damage, endangered species, and laws governing air and water pollution in the
information and telecommunication devices industry. The company must also consider
beliefs about "green" or ecological products, waste management rules in the technology
sector, and other issues (Boyens et al., 2020).
Many countries' structures and legal frameworks are insufficient to protect an
organization's intellectual property rights. A business should carefully weigh its choices
before entering such markets because doing so could lead to the theft of its undiscovered
competitive edge. The legal factors that Palo Alto Networks, Inc. management should
consider when entering a new market include privacy laws, antitrust rules in the networking
and communication systems sector and nationwide, employment laws, and discrimination
laws (Boyens et al., 2020).
