An ice cube at 0 degrees celcius was dropped into a 30.0 g of water at 45 degrees celcius. At the instant that all the ice was melted, the temperature of the water in the cup was 19.5 degrees celcius. What was the mass of the ice cube?

Let mass of ice be m.

Heat gained by ice on melting=m*heat of fusion

Heat lost by water=mCdT

  =30.0*4.18*(45-19.5)

As here no heat is lost,

m*334=30*4.18*25.5

m=9.574g
