Describe the worst customer service you have ever experienced and how the business could have made it better? Provide at least 2 specific improvements.

The worst customer service when  I was 16, my father took me to a bank to cash my babysitting check I just got from this family I babysit for. My parents didn't bank there so the teller that waited on me never met me before. The teller immediately called over someone from the offices on the other side. That lady came over and started yelling at me. She accused me of stealing the check and said she can't cash that check. I was never brought into an office. I stood in the lobby getting yelled at. I didn't say anything. I burst out crying. My father in his broken English said to her , "excuse me, you were not very nice." As she was walking back to her office all in a huff. That family the check was from is from a very powerful family in town. They and their many siblings I babysat for them. They for generations run that town. So I guess in retrospect I could have had her fired. But that day was pretty bad customer service

Every client is still a client  whether small, big, rich or poor as long are we have come we should be respected and attended to.
