Currently, tobacco has been considered as the most drug used worldwide. Most of effects
of tobacco on human bodies are slow and last for long. Normally, use of tobacco causes morbidity
and mortality. Tobacco is mostly taken through smoking. Overall, tobacco smoking causes general
body weakness hence making immune system to be weak. Weakening immune system creates
room for entrance of more diseases.
How tobacco affects human body
Tobacco smoking creates a room for human diseases such as cancer, heart diseases, as well
as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. When human body is affected by the diseases above,
their lifespan is shortened. These diseases mostly occur due to weakening of immune system.
Normally, human body should remain free from nicotine compounds for its immune system to be
strong. Interfering with the immune system kills white blood cells which creates room foe entrance
of diseases. Furthermore, tobacco alters or interferes with body’s response to exercise. Smokers
are always bored and unwilling to perform their daily activities. Tobacco addiction causes human
body to develop dizziness signs. Current studies illustrate how some of compounds in tobacco are
affecting human bodies.
Carbon monoxide and nicotine are the main compounds in tobacco. These two compounds
affect cardiorespiratory performance hence altering human body’s response to exercise. Moreover,
