What have you learned about your own racial, ethnic, or cultural history?
According to my race, ethnic and culture, I have learned the need of indulging and
feeling the culture, ethnic and race of other people in America. Consequently, my culture or race
should not be the limiting preference or interest in life. Therefore, reconnoitering other people’s
philosophies would strengthen the understanding of how human beings are distinct yet we live
together as one people.
What information about diversity in the United States has helped you better understand or
relate to others in ways that you may not have in the past?
In the United States of America, the assorted variety was viewed as basic previously.
Sometime recently, the 1950s, businesspersons did not work the shaded people in their business.
They were just intrigued by the white representatives. We have come to the long route; for
example in the year 2008, we chose President Barack Obama as the main African American
President. Each is raised distinctively yet we are for the most part human made of comparative
blood all things considered we need to regard each different paying little respect to the current

Nevertheless, the former age cannot do without decent variety since that is the lie they
