principles health organizations put into consideration certain guidelines and employ monitoring

The procedures which are listed in the essential service of public health are implemented
in my healthcare organization in various ways discussed below.
Monitoring and evaluation of the health status are done to help identify problems which
affect the community. Through this, the organization can identify disease trends and provide
health resources to the affected area. People in the field of interest are given information about
the imminent risk and their help status assessed. This is done by the creation of a system used to
report diseases, public health profiles, and survey methods. The health organization does its
survey between two to four years to obtain data on its population. This data is then used for
organization monitoring and planning and evaluation of changes needed in health.

Informing, educating and empowering people about issues related to their health are also
organized by the organization. Education activities are arranged to make the people aware of the
identified risk. Programmes meant to promote health are organized, and people are told how they
