When it comes to leadership, there are many things that one may not be aware of unless
one carries an honest self-assessment. However, there is a question that is always challenging
due to the uncertainty whether leadership is born or bred. Irrespective of the numerous
assumptions and differing claims, the fact is that effective leadership relies on a combination of
hereditary and environmental traits, motives, and characteristics. Therefore, and as it applies to
my case as well, no element is purely dependent on one aspect. In this regard, they are a mix of
several influences hence the difference in magnitude and their scope.
