The rectangle has only two, as it can be folded in half horizontally or vertically: try to fold the rectangle in half diagonally to see why this does not work.

The line of symmetry means the point in question is reflected to the other side of the x-axis. You will understand this better by drawing a graph with the point and the x and y axes.
