one to be physically fit and healthy, he/she has to be strong and very flexible. A balanced diet
(proteins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, and vitamins) is very important for one to keep fit and
physically healthy. A lot of fluids especially water should be consumed regularly to help in the
smooth flow of the digestion process. Physical activities such as riding, hiking, and other
structured exercise are important in maintaining physical fitness. Drugs and substance abuse are
very harmful to physical health because it interferes with a person’s mood and other body
processes. Mental health is the emotional well-being of a human being. It’s all about a person’s
