one line pass (0,-2) and (3,7) its equation is y+2 = (9/3) x = 3x ot 

y = 3x-2,  the region is above it thus, it is y>3x-2

the other one pass (4,0) and (0,2) thus its equation is y/2+x/4 =1 or 

2y+x=4 the region is below it thus 2y+x<4 ,so C is correct
