I personally believe that professionals whose primary work is healthcare marketing
should fully understand the needs of their clients and their perception of the services offered.
The main reason why I argue that they should have a full understanding of the client is that it
is in equipping them with useful information on the needs and preferences of the clients.
Understanding the needs of the clients also equips marketers in health provision a chance to
monitor their prowess in addressing the clients needs and their level of satisfaction. It is
therefore important that the marketing staff should understand the needs of the customers to
give them knowledge and skills on best ways of connecting with them in an efficient manner
