Description

This letter should introduce me to potential social work field instructors and this is the first impression of me. This should go in depth about my experiences and skills and relate them to my expertise needed in the field of social work. Attached is my resume. I want to become a social worker to advocate for people that cannot advocate for themselves or may be taken advantage of by family or even the system. I want to be their voice and help bring about change in the community and even the world. The love, compassion and humility I have for people goes above and beyond anything in this world. I want to bring about the positive change and show people that we need to help the less fortunate, elderly, under privileged children who needs us. I want to be a Medical Social Worker, working hospital in either Shock Trauma, Oncology or with HIV patients. Nursing was my first choice but then when I saw the need for Social Workers and people always telling me how good I was with people I knew then that Social Work was my calling.
