Binomial Problem with n = 15 ; p(registered) = 0.30 ; p(not reg) = 0.70 

P(x = 3) = 15C3*0.3^3*0.7^12 = binompdf(15,0.3,3) = 0.1700



B)

P(0<= x <=3) = binomcdf(15,0.3,3) = 0.2969 

C) Yes we use , because using of  normal approximation to the binomial in part b we are not able to find out the result
