Algorithm Pseudocode
Design an algorithm (using pseudocode) that takes in as an input, two 2-D int arrays that are assumed to be 2 black-and-white images: initialImage x, whose dimensions are IxJ, and finalImage y, whose dimensions are IxK. The algorithm will compare x to the y, row-by-row, as defined below. Your algorithm will employ a dynamic programming scheme to compare X to Y identifying the minimal difference between each row.Because you are working with black-and-white images only, you should assume that each image is a 2-D int array consisting of 2 possible values: 0 or 1, where 0 represents black and 1 represents white. Thus, this 2-D grid of 0 and 1 values comprise a 2-D black-and-white image. Each row of this image is then simply a 1-D int array filled with either 0s or 1s. Therefore, you must define how you will measure the difference between the strings of 0s and 1s in each row.Remember that you will do the comparison one row in the images at a time.First, compare X1,* to Y1,*. (Here X1,* is the first row in image X and Y1,* is the first row in image Y ). Next, compare X2 to Y2... Each one of these comparisons will require the construction of a D (distance) matrix. In the following example, the first row of X is X1,*, and the first row of Y is Y1,* = 00110.Use the following recurrence relation to develop your pseudocode:After the D matrix is completed, the minimum number in the bottom row is the minimal mismatch for this row. You will assign this value to the variable minVali. This number tells how different row X1,* is from row Y1,* . You will then repeat this comparison for all rows i and aggregate the difference when complete into variable totalDifference = Σi minVali. As a result, the algorithm will compare the total difference to a threshold value called thresh. If total value is above the threshold, the images are declared different, otherwise they are declared to be similar images. You can assume that the thresh variable is supplied as an input to your algorithm.Part 1Create a portfolio that includes all previous IPs.Part 2a:Design pseudocode for the image comparison algorithm discussed above, given input Images X, Y, and thresh. The output is a declaration: The images are similar, or the images are different.Part 2b:Discuss the optimality of the dynamic programming solution. Discuss the time complexity of this algorithm in terms of the size of the inputs X and Y.

GCU Testing Scenario and Functionalities of The Proposed Solution Plan
develop a testing scenario and validate the functionalities of the proposed solution. Write an essay (750–1,000 words) addressing the following:
Discuss the purpose of testing and testing strategy.
Explain how you developed a testing scenario.
Discuss the items that need to be tested.
Discuss how the test results will be documented and mitigated.

Psychology
Read the Course Case Study and analyze the behavior of the counselor, as a professional, which you consider unethical or unprofessional. Write a brief summary of the unbecoming behavior. Substantiate the summary with reasons for your analysis with references. Then, examine the influence of your own personal values as it relates to the issues presented in the case. Write a brief summary of how your own personal values could influence you if you were the counselor in the case study. Next, focusing specifically on the issue of imposing values on clients, identify how the counselor may have been in violation of the ACA Code of Ethics. Give the number and definition of specific violations and compare these violations to the APA ethical standards. Remember – only list those which are related to the imposition of the counselor’s value system onto the client. Finally, in relation to these specific violations, describe the similarities or differences in the ACA and APA ethical code. Your paper should be at least 4 pages, not counting the title page and the reference page.Class References:The Ethics of Professional Practice Richard D. Nature of Rhetorical Analysis and Framing Contemporary Arguments Questions
In a fully developed short essay (minimum of eight paragraphs in length), please answer all of the questions below and post your essay to the discussion forum. Your work should include an introduction, a body of supporting evidence, and a conclusion.Remember that you are having a conversation with your peers in this particular genre of writing, so adopt an appropriate tone and vocabulary for an audience of contemporary college students. Edit your work for clarity, punctuation, and usage, and don’t forget to comment on the works of two peers in order to earn full credit for these discussions.Questions for Analysis:1) What is Carroll saying about the nature of rhetorical analysis? How do the fundamentals of rhetorical analysis figure into your life, both as a student and as a citizen? Describe a pair of specific examples in which these concepts might play (or have played) a role in your participation in those areas.2) Using at least one citation from Carroll’s essay, comment on the role of context in framing contemporary arguments. Is there enough contextual background on news stories, speeches, advertisements, and other areas of rhetoric in today’s digital information culture?3) Finally, in the second half of your essay, explain to your classmates the general features of your research argument. Using the taxonomies of reflection in the previous section as a guide, answer the following questions in your final four paragraphs:A. What did you learn about your topic that you didn’t already know or that was surprising to you?B. What is an area that you would like to improve upon as a writer moving forward, and which aspect of your research argument are you most proud of?C. Finally, how do you see the subject of your research argument changing over the course of the next ten years? Where will it be in a decade’s time?Where applicable, feel free to use hyperlinks to connect your essay to a resource or two in support of your answers.
