may be very efficient for training the employees on various ways of making good decisions for
the organization. The strength based decision making approach is very efficient and effective in
empowering the employees in the organization. The organization can use a tool like strength
Finder to gauge the strength of the employees and categorize them differently and then help them
to make excellent decisions for the organizations (“Miley, Krogsrud, Michael, and DuBois”).
The variability in strength of the employees is a positive attribute for the organizations
