If we have an air parcel with a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and a dew point of 48 degrees fahrenheit 

is the relative humidity of the parcel 100%? Why?

Assume the air is forced upward by a mountain range, will it cool at the dry or moist adiabatic rate until it reaches the condensation level? Why?

What is the condensation level or altitude in ft of this air parcel?

Above this level, will the rising air begin cooling at the dry or moist adiabatic rate? Is the formation of clouds possible?
