Is 4xsquared-4x+1 a perfect square trinomial? If so, how do you factor it? If not, why?

4x^2-4x+1 =0

if it will be perfect square then

b^2-4ac =0

(-4)^2-4*4*1

16-16 =0

hence equation has perfect square.

now

4x^2-2x-2x+1

2x(2x-1) -1(2x-1)

(2x-1) (2x-1) =0

(2x-1)^2 = 0

so factor is (2x-1)^2

Regarding any clarification plz let me know.
