I’m trying to study for my course and I need some help to understand this question.

1.  What is the difference between internal and external learning conditions? Which do you feel is more important for success? Why?

2.  What motivation do companies have to evaluate training programs? How would evaluation help the company reach its long term goals? What are the potential consequences of not evaluating training programs?

3.  What factors would you consider when choosing an evaluation design? What impact would those choices make? Be sure to give specific examples.
