The edge of a cube is 4 inches.

The area of a cross section perpendicular to one face is  square inches, and its perimeter is  inches.

Perimeter is the distance around  a figure. The length  of each side  of a cross section perpendicular to one face of a cube with edges measuring 4 inches is also 4 inches, so its perimeter is  given by (4 + 4 + 4 + 4) inches, which is 16 inches, i.e. the perimeter of one face.

Hope this helps! Please best me if it does or ask any question if you are not satisfied!

Was I correct with the area of a cross section perpendicular to one face is 16?

So the answer for the perimeter is 16?

Thank you, if you could answer those I'd be happy to rate you for being so helpful
