Introduction
Ethical issues in healthcare management form a big part of the results of the screening,
employee privacy, and many more activities. There are several factors that an individual and the
court should consider in their justification and determination of testing and screening of drugs
and HIV. Many employees find it tricky to allow their records taken on the diseases and
therefore must at all times doubt the intentions of their employers in the collection of their data
and subsequent articulation of the whole health screening activity. The factors that lead to
