1. Organizational Goals and Strategies
A. Windsor House is a family owned and operated business that is founded on Christian
principles. It consists of people who live together to provide quality of life in long-term care. The
organization has some goals that are linked to its mission statement. One of the goals of the
organization is improving staff stability, and this includes lowering the staff turnover (Singh,
2014).The increasing use of consistent assignment is another goal, and this will ensure that the
same staff takes care of the same individual when they work. It will provide the realization of
more reliable and personalized HealthCare. It also involves increasing person-centered care
planning and decision making.
It will ensure tailoring of the care level of the individual patient thus improving
healthcare provision. Another primary goal of the organization is reducing the number of patient
hospitalizations, and this will include the utilization of strategies to reduce the number of
admissions of patients (Singh, 2014).The organization also aims at improving patient medication
strategies. It involves understanding the patient treatments and ensuring that patient treatment
schedules and practices are developed. An approach that the organization seeks to implement is
the increase of resident mobility.
Increasing mobility will help to prevent the occurrence of falls and pressure ulcers.
Infection management is another important goal that the organization aims at employing and this
will prevent the occurrence of illnesses and hospitalizations (Singh, 2014).The primary strategy
that the organization seeks to implement is the reduction of pressure ulcers in patients. It will
help in reducing pain symptoms in patients thus improve the patient standards of living.

B. The organization aims at providing residency to elderly patients as well as implementing a
risk management program that will perform various designs of improving the living condition of
patients. It will also design strategies for improving care and support for residents of the home
(Huber, 2017).The services offered will be given in a manner that will be respectful of human
rights, and that will reflect informed choice and minimize the harm done to the patient in such
circumstances. It will also include the implementation of organizational management strategies
that will help support outcomes, and that will comply with the legislation of safe as well as
practical behavior.
The organization also aims at ensuring timely assessment as well as service planning and
coordination which will ensure that services are offered to residents in a timely and appropriate
manner consistent with current legislation (Huber, 2017).The organization will also provide a
safe and proper environment for residents which is relevant to the needs of the customer. It will
ensure that physical privacy of the patient is maintained and there are adequate space and
amenities to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Windsor house also aims at supporting
outcomes that will ensure that services are offered in a safe manner which is least restrictive to
the resident.
Minimizing the risk of patient infections is critical to the organization, and this will be
done through providing safe and appropriate services to the patient. It will include the provision
of relevant education of infection control and the surveillance of infection (Huber,
2017).Windsor House aims at providing a safe and caring home environment which will respect
the uniqueness and foster the potential of the individual residents. It will include the
