Value of bus after 1 year  = \$80000 - \$5000 x 1 = \$ 75000

Value of bus after 2 year  = \$80000 - \$5000 x 2 = \$ 70000

Similarly

Value of bus after t years, v  = \$80000 - \$5000 x t       (where 0 ≤ t ≤ 10)

You can find the  value of bus after any year between  0 to 10 by substituting value of t

Such as Value of 10 yrs  = 80000- 5000 *10 = 80000-50000 = \$ 30000

Hence Answer : v  = \$80000 - \$5000 x t
