When planning to develop a new product or service it is important to pay key attention to
the products or service design. Successful designs are the ones that address the following basic
principles: they should translate the customers wants and needs, develop new products and
services, formulate quality goals, construct and test prototypes, document specifications, refines
existing products and wants and finally translates products and services specification into process
specifications. The procedure of designing has several steps which can be described as
motivation, ideas for improvement, organizational capacities, and prediction of the future. It is
