The gradient of the minimum is zero and so differentiate the given function.
dy/dx = 30x - 75
= 0
30x = 75
x = 2.5

Alternatively, the minimum turning point is also the line of symmetry so you can use -b/2a
= -(-75)/2(15)
x = 2.5

anyway to find the coordinate, just sub x = 2.5 into original equation
y = 15(2.5)^2 - 75(2.5) + 60
y = -33.75

and the function is concave up
