tanx - sec^2x/tanx

Get common denominator

tan^2x - sec^2x / tanx

But, 1 + tan^2x = sec^2x

So, tan^2x - sec^2x = -1

Therefore,

tan^2x - sec^2x / tanx = -1/tanx = - cosx/sinx
