List and discuss, in detail, five important questions that need to be answered regarding the new head coach’s contract. Components to Include in a Risk Management Plan for an Indoor Sport-Specific Training
Facility
In the preparation of a sound risk management plan for a training facility, some essential
components should be put into consideration. These include proper definitions, assumptions,
estimates of schedule and cost accuracy, probability impact matrix, and risk register (Roseke,
2015). Firstly, in definitions, the ambiguous terms used are explained in details. Words such as
very high, high, medium, low, and very low will be given defining factors to ensure that the
person reading them knows what they will be standing for numerically.
Secondly, the assumption is a vital component in ensuring the success of a training
facility. The management of the facility should ask themselves questions like how many previous
indoor sport-specific training facility has previously been completed successfully? What were
the reported issues in that project? What is the likelihood of those problems being experienced in
this facility?
Thirdly, I will consider the accuracy or confidence estimates. The estimates provide an
analysis of the potential deviation from the plan of the facility. They include cost estimates such
as the cost of different equipment in the facility as well as construction costs. Another forecast
will involve the scheduling of various activities, for example, the completion date of an event,
booking by different teams, among others.
