Any human being around the world defined by their respective behavior that drives them
on their daily basis. Some people have been known to express functional response while others
have shown appalling behavior. When one has an adverse reaction associated with either the
health perspective or any other perspective, there arises the need for the individual to change
their bad behavior for the better. How can one change their behavior? Are there any pre-set
strategies or stages that one would follow to change their bad behavior for the better? Some
actions have been known to affect the wellness of an individual, that is, both the mental and the
physical aspects. This paper is going to look at the eight dimensions of wellness and then, later
on, come up with a way that would help one change a given type of ill behavior.
