Retention is a process of maintaining people in a physical organization because it is one of
the essential principles for organizational success. In the context of globalization, legal protection
and retention of potential staff is a significant challenge for trade, especially in times of higher

association's prosperity, which can lead them to look somewhere else. Therefore, this theoretical
work looks at the reasons for boosts that influence staff maintenance and inspects their effect on
associations and representatives.

Introduction
