Power is defined as the tool used by people for gaining possession of authority and
influence over their peers. While its application can result in either positive or negative
consequence, it plays a prominent role in the creation of the basis of control used by
organizations regardless of its impacts (Lunenburg, 2014). Also, there are five sources of power
namely coercive, legitimate, reward, referent, and expert. Apple Inc. is one of the organization
