Business communication is an important aspect of customer relations management. In the
current business communication strategies, companies are continually resorting to digital media
channels such as social media to reach their customers. There are several ways in which these
approaches have a bearing on consumer relations. Firstly, the use of digital channels allows the
company to reach out to its clients instantaneously and respond to concerns as soon as they arise.
Secondly, the use of digital channels allows companies to reach out to their clients on a wide
range of issues (Mangold & Faulds, 2009). Keeping the consumers informed of the programs of
the company would be an aided immensely by the adoption of the application of the digital
channels.
Writing and understanding effective reports and proposals and their effect on consumer

Effective reports and proposals are useful ways in the process of reaching out to as many
customers as possible. Reports and proposals are instruments that are useful in informing the
public concerning the agenda and programs of the company. Additionally, the presentation of
effective reports is an important way of addressing some of the public concerns about the
activities of a company (Hosang et al, 2016). For instance, it is in the reports that the company
can address some of the concerns about the financial position of the institution. In this regard, it
would be possible to maintain the reputation of the company.
