You are the security director of your county's courthouse, and you were recently recognized as exemplary by your state's governor. As such, you have been asked to visit your neighboring county to present the policies you have implemented in your county for the hiring and training of new court security personnel.
Create a PowerPoint presentation in which you outline your hiring and training policies for new court security personnel. In addition, explain how performance evaluations are conducted and how court personnel are disciplined. Your presentation should consist of no less than 12 slides, not counting the title and reference slides.
