For templates, you are welcome to search the Internet for actual RAMP application examples. You will find many different options for completing this assignment and the one in Unit 9, enabling you to create a submission that best reflects your training and identified school setting. For example, you can use the Google search engine and enter: RAMP application examples. ASCA provides several options for you to explore as idea generators.

"The school counseling vision statement communicates what school counselors want to see in the future for the school community related to student achievement and other outcomes. It aligns with the school and district vision statements and is informed by the school counseling program's beliefs" (ASCA, n.d., p. 1). the current paper seeks to develop a recognized program (RAMP) which will have a significant
alignment with the ASCA national stereotype. First, the article will describe the particular school
program. It will then examine the mission, vision, SMART goals, and success competencies.
Description of the Ideal Program
The K. Mark Brown Elementary will be a school counseling program that will be among
the counseling schools in Grand Forks Public School. The district comprises of 7,271 students
that are currently receiving school counseling services. The K. Mark Brown Elementary will
serve students within grade levels K-5 (Dimmitt & Carey, 2012). It is presumed that the school
will have an optimum of 400 students. Based on the fact that, this is a substantial number of
learners, it will be essential to have an ideal number of teachers. In this particular scenario, it is
speculated that 45 teachers will be enough in providing instruction to the students. Notably, one
counselor will be responsible for the provision of counseling in the school. Averagely, 400
learners will be served by each counselor. The school setting will be in a rural region. It is noted
that 10% of these students will be regarded as exceptional education learners while 17% students

will be receiving free lunch. Concerning ethnic backgrounds, it is heeded that the school will
serve students from various ethnic; origins such as the Blacks, the Hispanic, the Asian, the
