Self-assessment involves evaluation of individual concept, knowledge, self-esteem and
social life. Completing the “Evaluate Team Member Effectiveness” self-assessment has helped
me understand my weaknesses and strengths. I was also able to see things from a different
perspective, and I learned that my way is not always the right way. It has also sharpened my
skills as a team member, and I am now able to relate and accept the pace of other people
understanding. Receiving the results of the Team member Effectiveness self-assessment gave me
a clear view of how my efforts had paid off in the teamwork. It also made me appreciate my
team members. In the past, I felt that I was the only who cared about quality results. However,
my mentality has been changing since I realized most group members aimed for good results. As
much as our working methods may be different, accommodating other group members' feelings
and efforts have helped since no one would wish to feel inferior. I am also aware that different
team members instill different good traits in other members as long as we all remain focused.

I agree with most of the results except the low grades on Keeping the Team on Track. I
